Terms of Service

1. Who we are. These services are provided by CINNAPSE LLC, registered in Wyoming, USA, of 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA ("we", "us").

2. Services. We build software and digital products and provide digital consulting. The exact scope, deliverables, price and timeline of each engagement are set out in a written quote that you approve before work starts.

3. Payment. Prices are stated in USD and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Invoices are due within 14 days unless the quote says otherwise. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store card details.

4. Your responsibilities. You agree to provide content, access and feedback in good time, and you confirm that you have the right to use any materials you give us. Delays on your side may move delivery dates.

5. Ownership. Once an invoice is paid in full, ownership of the deliverables passes to you, except for third-party components, which stay under their own licences.

6. Results. We take care to deliver high-quality work, but outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including markets, third-party platforms and search engines. For that reason we cannot guarantee any particular business result, such as traffic, sales, revenue or audience growth.

7. Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the service the claim relates to. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
